XDZ型電動自行小車輸送機是一種高度靈敏、高度自動化的新型物料搬運設(shè)備，擁有鋁合金軌道(XDZ1)和組合式型剛軌道(XDZ2)兩種結(jié)構(gòu)形式。系統(tǒng)由牽引主小車、承載副小車、承載梁、環(huán)鏈葫蘆、吊具、軌道、道岔、回轉(zhuǎn)、滑導(dǎo)線系統(tǒng)、電控系統(tǒng)等組成。通過設(shè)置垂直升降段、平移段，可實現(xiàn)電動自行小車在不同標(biāo)高軌道層以及不同線路之間的轉(zhuǎn)換，以適應(yīng)物料輸送和裝卸的要求。
